We are committed to delivering your order promptly. For domestic buyers, we utilize registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post exclusively. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours and is expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days, or as agreed upon during the order confirmation.
Please note that the actual delivery time is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office. DotSausy holds no liability for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We assure you that we will hand over your consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 24 hours from the date of order and payment, ensuring a swift dispatch.
While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, it's important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities (e.g., floods, rain) or transit delays may impact delivery times. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
The delivery address provided during the order placement will be the point of delivery for all orders. You will receive confirmation of the delivery of our services via email, as specified during registration.

Return & Exchange Policy
DotSausy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• DotSausy operates on a no-returns, only exchange policy, specifically related to size issues.
• Exchanges must be acknowledged within 5-7 days after receiving the order. Requests made after this acknowledgement period will not be considered.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 business days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the DotSausy, it’ll take 3-5 business days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
